Section 61
Prohibition Of Breach Of Order Issued To Prevent Or Disperse Unlawful Assembly
mbly: (1) Where a competent authority makes an
order to prevent or disperse an unlawful assembly, no person shall
participate or continue in such assembly.
(2) A person who continues in, participates in, or joins an
unlawful assembly under sub-section (1) shall be liable to a sentence
of imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or a fine not
exceeding ten thousand rupees or with both.
